4, Automatic Double Puller (Three Heads).This machine is used to extrusion profile traction and cutting operation. The aluminum coming out of the aluminum extruder needs to be pulled and cut to length and placed.The profile is led out of the mold cavity straightly and cooled under tension, preventing the profile from being uneven in length, hanging, or twisting, thereby improving the quality of the aluminum material.

Gearbox 

  • Before using this machine, please check the gearbox for oil. 
  • Fill with N150 or N220 medium duty industrial gear oil. 
  • Make sure the oil level is above the centerline of the oil mark during operation. 
  • Change the gear oil after the first 500 hours of use and every 3000 hours thereafter. 
  • When changing the gear oil, the case, oil filter and air filter should be cleaned. 

MOTORS 

  • Permanent magnet water-cooled motors should be kept free of circulating water and should not be operated without water. 
  • Regularly add high temperature grease (350 degrees) to the motor bearings. 
  • Whether the fixing screws of the base are loosened or not 
  • Regularly check whether the coupling level is shifted or not. 

Electrical cabinet 

  • Clean the dust inside the cabinet after each shutdown and keep the cabinet ventilated and sanitary. 
  • Monthly check whether the connecting wires are loose  Monthly check whether the electrical appliances are aging. 

Screw 

  • This machine is not allowed to empty (no material in the cylinder), it is strictly prohibited to carry out the temperature is not in place, so as not to damage the screw. 
  • Regularly clean the screw cooling section scale (try to use tap water)

  • Mechanical transmission: refuel the chain every three months, refuel the gears every month.
